This deal offers reduced rail fares for conference delegates travelling at any time, from most locations (day return or period return) to Oxford via a GWR train.

Terms: Outbound tickets are fixed, times and dates cannot be changed. The return journey is fully flexible.

Conference fares are only available to delegates. You will be asked to produce a confirmation proving that you are eligible for this fare by the Train Manager. This could be an event registration e-mail for example.

 

How to Book – it’s really simple


You need to book via GWR. GWR is currently upgrading its booking system, in the meantime please follow this process - To purchase a Conference Fare(s) or enquire about pricing, please call 0345 7000 125 and press option 4, then 4 , or email gwrbusinessdirect@gwr.com.

Registration fees are fully refundable (minus a small administrative fee of 1.5%) up to 1 June 2027.
