Discounted Train Travel to Oxford

Discounted Delegate Rail Fares with the Great Western Railway.*
Up to 80% discount on a standard or first class return fare.

This deal offers reduced rail fares for conference delegates travelling at any time, from most locations (day return or period return) to Oxford via a GWR train.

Terms: Outbound tickets are fixed, times and dates cannot be changed. The return journey is fully flexible.

Conference fares are only available to delegates. You will be asked to produce a confirmation proving that you are eligible for this fare by the Train Manager. This could be an event registration e-mail for example.

How to Book – it’s really simple
You need to book via GWR. Conference fares are only available at https://www.gwr.com/your-tickets/ways-to-save/business-travel/conferences-and-events follow the link, select your destination, and complete the form.
In the 'To' box, please make sure ‘Oxford Conference’ is selected as your destination, this will automatically add the discounted fare for you.
Select your travel dates, times, number of passengers and preferred class and click search.
You will then be able to see all available trains and continue to book as you normally would.

* This is a GWR offer running throughout the year. The discount is not associated specifically with OOC but might be useful if booking travel for July.
